Almond Meal Choc Chip Cookies

I had a random urge to bake some cookies last night (it was a Saturday night) so that is exactly what I did. I made these 4 ingredient Almond meal Choc Chip cookies from scratch. And by far the easiest cookies I have ever made.

They are egg free and can also be dairy free if you replace the butter and choc chips with other alternatives. All of these alternatives are included in ‘notes’ in the recipe. (Link below)

They actually taste really great and don’t have all the added sugar compared to normal cookies. Give these a go and let me know how they went.

PS. I used some leftover melted dark chocolate from another dessert I baked and drizzled it over the warm cookies…… drool worthy
